Since drivers usually only tend to their logs when they are On-Duty, the 14-day timeline is difficult to adhere to. If they go on leave, vacation, or are part-time/intermittent, they won't have access to fix errors without the log first being edited by and Admin and then following a very specific process to correct the log (see attached image) which is challenging for many drivers. A driver portal/website that is accessible from a desktop is a common feature available with other ELD providers. You Select All, enter your email address and select either Email Selected Files OR View Selected Files. If you select View, you have to save EACH attachment individually. If you select Email, it takes a long time to get an email with a link to click. You click that link and it opens a website to enter your email address to request a code. You then wait for that email, click the link on there, enter the code and then you download the files. One of the issues with the email method, is it takes a long time to get the multiple emails and then we've noticed that not ALL attachments get downloaded, so you have to go compare the original list with the downloaded list to see which attachments are missing.
