Unauthorized / unapproved excessive duration driver stop report

Reporting to compile a list of excessive duration stops that fall outside of a company's identified inventory of approved geofence locations. Leverage landmark and geofence data, along with driver stop data, to flag vehicle / driver / location / time duration for all stops that meet the criteria. For example, to flag stops that exceed XX minutes at any location other than an approved fuel vendor, pickup or delivery site, lodging or rest accommodation, etc. Several aspects would need to be admin configurable, such as the option to include or exclude geofenced locations from reporting, time threshold/trigger, and possibly the ability to enable for individual units or drivers (rather than all or nothing).
