Add a spot for the unit hours on the pre and post trip section next to the odometer so it’s easier to track hours this making it easier to schedule services

We were able to have unit hours added to our DVIR pre and post trip. We are able to add unit hours on in cab inspection portion of inspection. The only issue we have is we cannot see the hours in the pre and post trip details uploaded in Encompass. The hours are not uploaded to the truck details like odometer reading is. It seems this is only added under defect.
Can we have unit hours added to DVIR that are automatically updated in truck details like the odometer reading is? We have many Isuzu trucks from 2014-2016 that are requiring DPF filter replacement (costing us $10,000+ per) because our locations are not effectively tracking unit hours and cleaning DPF filters on the manufacturers recommended schedule.
