Expiraiton Notices-Email sent directly to employee by system

since emails are listed, the system should be able to create emails and save a bunch of clicking. With 400+ drivers it would be a time saver

And it would be very helpful if we could set it up to auto-notify a driver's manager/supervisor of upcoming expirations as well. This is a very basic feature of other DQ management systems that apparently got missed.
