Ability to Mark New Repair Orders as Completed When Initially Adding Them with Details

Ability to toggle "Repair Order Completed" on when adding a new R/O and still be able to add details without having to click back and forth.

OR

Adding a similar toggle at the end of the R/O details so the R/O can be immediately marked as completed without needing to click back and forth, or exit the R/O and then go back in.
