Option to Default Dashboard Maps to a Specific Place

It would be helpful if Encompass users had the ability to choose where their dashboard map is focused initially. For example, an Encompass user's entire fleet operates in Canada and would like the map to default to displaying Canada. It may also be helpful if an Encompass user whose fleet is concentrated in one area (for example, drivers exclusively travel in one state, or only a few neighboring states).
