Ability to delete and edit logs for exempt logs.

Most of our drivers use paper logs and making mistakes when inputting them in the system happens. We need to be able to edit them. The edit currently leaves the violation in place even after the log book is edited. It takes several attempts for the violation to disappear, if at all. There is no option to delete the log book all together. That was available on the old encompass.
