Remove or Increase 60 Character Limit for Clearing Unassigned Events

The character limit should be increased to a number greater than 60, as this is not always enough for adding a notation.

Need the capability to give a good explanation which may be more than 60 characters

Completely agree, oftentimes simply copy/pasting the Encompass error reason as to why you can't assign is more than 60 characters.
