The following reports are needed in order to file the required paperwork to the states: IFTA tax report, unit mileage report, unit tax report, state & province tax report, monthly mileage tax report/mileage form.

We are working on the Fuel Tax reports currently. An IFTA Form worksheet will be out shortly to help with IFTA filing. The other reports mentioned are in work or planned. Thank you for your feedback. -

MattRegarding the reports section in new encompass, specifically for IFTA (and IRP), we need the same reports as mentioned above, and I was told to check out this link: https://support.jjkeller.com/Encompass_Suite/Encompass/Reports_and_Forms/IFTA_Form_Guidance
I took a look at the link, and to be candid, the new encompass is not making any fans over here. I’m thinking to myself, why take away perfectly good reports and tools, and then recommend customers to run pivot tables to attempt to get to the same result? If you guys had not allowed access to the old system, I don’t know what we’d do right now. Seems like other customers felt the same way, and that’s why the old system was opened back up?

After February 8th, we will move you back to the new Encompass site.

Jane BehilPlease use all of the IFTA reports in the classic version in the new encompass. The 'new' ifta information is impossible to use.

CathleneThank you! Please don't shut down the old system until the reports are added to the new system. The Unit Tax Report is extremely useful to file taxes in various states.
