Customize Repair Orders

The description of the New UI on repair orders only lets you select a few options. We should be able to type in a description. Also, the special instructions only allows 120 characters, this should be almost unlimited so I can put the repair notes in.

I certainly agree with this suggestion. This feature having been omitted from the new interface has been a huge disappointment and causes so much time to be wasted in looking for a specific repair when all you can enter is "Replaced New" just for one example!
