Fuel Tax data entry, Bring back some of Classic's ease of use items

You have to re- enter the work month for every unit. (once you changed it once for the first truck in classic, it kept the new work month for the rest). clicking add another to add another row, it was nice to have a bunch already there for you to enter. you also need to re-enter the date in for every line you add. it use to generate to match the date in the first row

The above comment clearly describes the problem. A formidable reason for fixing this issue is that the date drives the number of trips for a driver. So if you forget to update the month on the second screen the data will be incorrect, thus negating one reason to use the program.
